Personas are fictional characters which you create based upon your research in order to represent the different user types that might use your product in a similar way.
Creating user journeys
We identify paths of each user persona – how they are using your product and which specific goals they want to reach. Based on this information create user journeys.
Creating a prototype
A prototype is the interactive visualisation of a solution. When you want to understand how exactly users will interact with a product and their general opinion about it, the best way is to test it on a prototype.
Usability testing and feedback
Creating a hypothesis and testing it is the key to getting to a successful solution. This is where designers identify flaws, weaknesses, and gaps in the design, improving it along the way.
