UX Designer for SaaS

YouSir helps fast-growing SaaS startups and scale-ups companies in the Netherlands with the design of their digital products. As a design partner, we support companies through research, UX and product design, and team coaching and training. We build long-term relationships with our clients and we bring their complex digital products to the next level.

All designers in our team are responsible for their own (or shared) projects. We plan our own day and are fully responsible for direct contact with our clients. Some examples of our tasks and responsibilities are:

• Multiple workshops with clients, like brainstorms
• Do market- & user research
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems by yourself or in a team
• Develop user journeys and user flows
• Develop wireframes and prototypes
• Present designs to colleagues and clients
• Weekly Creative meetings and workshops with clients
• Being involved in the development process
• Review the quality of design implementation
• Keep ourselves up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools and methods
• And very important.. socialize with your designer colleagues

• 4+ years of experience working as a Visual/UX/UI Designer
• Strong portfolio of UX & UI design projects
• Proficient in design and prototyping (eg: Figma)
• You maintain the balance between the product, business and user point of view
• Proactive in bringing new ideas to the table
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly detail-oriented, with a drive for perfection
• Degree in Communication Design, Product Design, Interaction Design or UX Designs
• In addition to English and Dutch, you speak the language of developers and designers
• You know everything there is to know about user-centered design processes
