The process of submitting forms and documents used to be complicated and unpleasant. The SignD app aims to change that. SignD is a one-stop shop for implementing a fully compliant KYC-process. We optimized user experience to dramatically reduce customer churn. We started by designing simplified user flows for a seamless transition between steps and devices for a more pleasant onboarding process.
The digital experience of the SignD app is trustworthy, efficient, and has a human touch thanks to the visual designs we created. We established a positive environment of giving users support and feedback. We made the user experience more engaging by implementing best practices of conversational design and gamification. Our UI design is as lightweight and transparent as possible. It motivates, gives trust, and supports users continuously.
