From Haarlem to Amsterdam, we collaborate closely with a diverse product team, including Product Owners, Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Developers. This extensive team involvement allows us to gain deep insights into all aspects of the product and user journey. By holding weekly stand-ups, UX meetings, and Dev refinements, we ensure alignment and stay informed. This comprehensive approach enables us to thoroughly understand the user journey and pain points, from conversion to retention. Consequently, our decisions are more valuable and impactful, and we maintain a consistent vision and aligned goals throughout the project milestones.

To ensure consistency across our project, we developed a comprehensive design system. This system not only maintains uniformity in our designs but also fosters better alignment and collaboration with the development team. By having a shared set of guidelines and standards, we can work more efficiently and cohesively. The value of this design system became evident when Signhost decided to start a parallel project with us to update their branding and improve the UX of their mobile app product.

Following the outcomes of the UX Audit, we quickly boosted conversion rates with some low hanging fruit and strategic changes—a great start.

However, this was just the beginning of our collaborative journey. We started a complete rebranding for both the web and mobile app, contributing significantly to the product's expanded success.

Our ongoing efforts are focused at creating a more self-service product—a solution that is not only easy to use but also intuitiveand effortlessly manageable. The aim is to empower users with a tool that seamlessly integrates into their workflow, making their transactions not just efficient but also enjoyable.
