We began the project with a series of kick-off and design thinking workshops to deeply understand the business and its users. Following this, we conducted comprehensive user and market research to gain further insights into their product. Armed with these findings and the brainstom output, we embarked on a complete rebuild of the application's UX, developing new user flows and creating prototypes to enhance the overall user experience.

After completing the onboarding and foundation phase, we began by developing high-level user flows, focusing on optimizing the most critical processes, such as the sign-up flow and advertising strategy setup. From there, we created mid-fidelity wireframes, allowing the development team to kickstart their work as soon as the initial wireframes were delivered. Once the foundational elements were in place, we moved on to the visual design phase, which was particularly exciting given the brand's bold, fun, and colorful identity.

Throughout this process, we maintained close collaboration with their product team to ensure alignment and transparency. We held daily stand-ups, weekly UX meetings, and regular refinement sessions, ensuring we stayed on track and adapted swiftly to any new requirements or feedback.
