From Haarlem to Amsterdam, we collaborate closely with a diverse product team, including Product Owners, Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Developers. By holding weekly stand-ups, UX meetings, and Dev refinements, we ensure alignment and stay informed. This comprehensive approach enables us to thoroughly understand the user journey and pain points, from conversion to retention. A growing design system for scalability
To ensure consistency across our project, we developed a comprehensive design system. This system not only maintains uniformity in our designs but also fosters better alignment and collaboration with the development team. By having a shared set of guidelines and standards, we can work more efficiently and cohesively. The value of this design system became evident when Signhost decided to start a parallel project with us to update their branding and improve the UX of their mobile app product.
